Local Requirements
After connection to Agoda
When the connection with Agoda is established, the following information will be synced between Sabee and the channel:
- Availability
- Prices
- Min Nights Restrictions
- Max Nights Restrictions
- CTA/CTD
- Rate plan open/close
- New reservations, made in Agoda, will arrive to your SabeeApp calendar.
- Credit card data will be included in reservations sent from Agoda (Besides the reservations that are made in the Agoda collect way. Then pay outs will be handled by Agoda).
- Agoda Collect type reservations arriving to Sabee already without the commission. Meaning, that you will receive that amount to Sabee, what is remaining to you after Agoda takes out the commission from the articular reservation. Example: guest paid 100€ to Agoda when made a reservation. Your agreed commission to Agoda is 15%. So to your Sabee account you will receive 85€ (100-15%)
Very important - if you will make any changes in Agoda's extranet concerning room types (adding new, changing max occupancy, removing room...) or prices (adding or removing rate plans), please let us know as well!!! We have to reconfigure the whole connection with the channel after such changes.
