After connection to Airbnb
Once your SabeeApp account will be connected to Airbnb, there are few things you should know about the synchronisation:
- After the connection, from SabeeApp we will be sending prices, availabilities, min. nights restrictions, open/close rates and CTA/CTD.
- When reservation will come in from Airbnb, we will display information such as guest name, phone number, encrypted e-mail address, number of guests.
- Reservation price from Airbnb to Sabee will arrive without the commission and without the service fee. So basically you will see the amount, which you will receive from Airbnb for this particular booking.
If you see an (!) icon next to the update text, that means you made some changes like changing rateplan or occupancy, and the button wasn't pressed yet. As you click on the update the (!) icon will disappear.
Airbnb is forwarding masked email addresses during reservations, so please keep in mind that your scheduled email templates, those you have set in your Settings - Email templates menu, will not appear on your guest's Airbnb profile.
Therefore we suggest to use Unified Inbox for managing communication with your Airbnb guests.
