Airbnb reviews

On Airbnb, guests and hosts have the possibility to rate each other and provide valuable feedback based on their experience. This helps other guests to learn more about the accomodation provider and also it helps the accomodation provider get more information about their future guest, so at the end it is beneficial for the whole Airbnb community.
When a host writes a review for a guest, the guest is also more likely to write a review for the host. Listings with high numbers of positive reviews are more likely to get booked.

You can check these Airbnb reviews directly from your SabeeApp account, from the PMS / Guest Reviews menu. Here we will list all those Airbnb reservations that are eligible for getting a review from you, or the guest has already submitted a review of you.
Thanks to SabeeApp you will not have to log in to the Airbnb extranet, you can manage your reviews from the comfort of your SabeeApp account and we will syncronize your reviews just like availablity, rates or reservations.

Rating rules

There are some basic rules that are important to keep in mind:

1. Both the host and the guest have 14 days after the check-out date to rate each other. After that, it is not possible to submit a review.

2. Reviews are " double-blind ", meaning that neither guest, nor host can see the other's review until both have been submitted. This prevents the first review from influencing the second one.

3. If only one party ( host or guest ) submits review within the 14 days period, the review will be published on the Airbnb profile, only after the 14 days elapsed. If both parties submitted a review ( order is not important ) , the reviews will be published immediately.
