Booker and guest details - detailed reservation page

On the detailed reservation page in SabeeApp, the system differentiates the "Booker" and the "Guest".
Booker might be a person who is part of the reservation, part of the arriving guests, but also might be a person who just finalised the reservation for someone else. In this case the Booker is not an arriving guest.
In the first section of the detailed reservation page you will find all the information about the Booker.

The Booker section cannot be removed, only edited by clicking on the three dots in the Action column, at the end of the row. It might happen that the Phone and Email columns have missing information ( they are empty ) if these information were not provided by the channels, but you can add these later by clicking on the three dots under the Action column. If a company is associated with the booker as well, you will see in this section as well.


In the next part of the Guest Details section you can find the info about the arriving Guest(s). In the below presented scenario, there is information provided only about the booker who is an arriving guest as well.

Please be carefull with guests who already have data added to their guest profile. Overwriting these data will modify the guest details for this guest on all the reservations where this guest was registered! Guest ID is there next to the guest name to help you keep track of guest data and changes.



All the further information about the other guests are yet unknown. In this case, SabeeApp will create " Accompanied Guest " guest cards. Upon the arrival of these guests, you can gather their personal information and you can add them here, by editing these guest cards.

Under the action column, besides editing the guest cards, you also have the possibility to detach certain guests from the reservation.


Furthermore, as you click on the Age column, you can categorise the guests, meaning you can mark if they are adults, children or infants. These categories are based on the previously completed settings in the Settings / Property policies menu.

Under the City tax liable column, you can decide whether the guest is eligible for City Tax or not. If yes, you need to pick the reason of it as well from the list in the pop-over.

If you have all the information about all the guests, this section supposed to look like this:

You can add extra guests as well to the reservation by clicking on the Add extra guest or Add additional guest button. If you are exceeding the maximum occupancy of your room type, don't forget to add an extra service like "Extra bed" or "Baby cot". The system will also remind you about this step in a pop-up window.


If you would like to increase or decrease the number of guests, please make sure to use Add extra guest / Add accompanied guest buttons or remove guests from the reservation in the way described above.

Please keep in mind, whenever such change is done, the price of the reservation will change accordingly. You will be reminded in a popup about this and you can decide if you keep the original price or change it to the new one. If there is any change regarding the City tax, it will be modified anyway.
