Booking Window report

Booking window is the period of time between the reservation is made by the guests or a group and the actual arrival date to the hotel. Different market segments can have different booking windows. For this reason, it is important to consider the booking window to properly evaluate the financial performance of the hotel and make proper pricing decisions.

You can find the Booking Window report in the Reports menu.

Show Booking value

The left side shows the proportion of the reservations were made for which check-in date category. If you receive e.g. a reservation today for today, it will be calculated in the last second section. All reservations are calculated here disregard its status.

On the right side, you can see that segment's average price where the average price is calculated of the accommodation price and included services.

Show Cancellation rate

The left side shows the proportion of the reservations were made for which check-in date category. If you receive e.g. a reservation today for today, it will be calculated in the last second section. All reservations are calculated here disregard its status.

On the right side, you can see the adherent segment's cancellation rate in which the cancelled and no show status are calculated.
