Bookings - Guest list

If you click on the PMS menu you will also find Guest list.

In this submenu you will be able to find all of the guest profiles who have ever been registered to your SabeeApp account as guests or bookers.

The following search and filtering options will be available for you:

1. Search bar: It is possible to search for full name, ID or email address

2. Period: It is possible to filter for Staying period or Booking period

3. Date picker: The date picker is automatically set for the next 2 years but feel free to modify the dates

4. Country: Filtering option for the country of the guest, it is possible to choose only one

5. Citizenship: Filtering option for the citizenship of the guest, it is possible to choose only one

6. Guest type: With this filter you can list profiles which were assigned to a reservation as bookers or guests

7. Gender: You can filter your guests based on gender too

8. Generate: Please make sure to click on this button to list all your guests based on your filters.

9. Add new guest: By clicking on this button, you can open a new guest profile and add your guest's data on it

10. Merge guest profiles: You can merge guest profiles. Learn more about this here

11. Export: You can export the list to Excel or .csv format

12.  Number of entries selector: You can select how many entries should we list on one page: 10,25,50 or 100

13. Selecting columns: You can select which columns you would like to see in the list. By default everything is appearing, by unticking you can remove the selected columns.
