Updating Your Credit Card Details for Subscription
If your credit card has expired or you would like to update your payment method, follow these steps:

Go to Settings → Subscription.

Click on the Update Credit/Debit Card button.

Follow the required steps to input your new card details.

Once you update your card, the system will charge 1€ to validate the new card. The remaining subscription amount will be charged on your next payment date.
Troubleshooting Unsuccessful Transactions
If your payment fails, consider the following common issues:

International payments may not be enabled on your card.

Web payments may not be enabled on your card.
-
Your web payments limit may be higher than your subscription fee.
-
3D secure payment may be required.
If you encounter a failed transaction, please contact your bank to ensure the settings are correctly configured to allow online payments.
