Confirmation template
How to Customise the Confirmation Email Template
You can personalise the confirmation email that guests receive after booking through your IBE (Integrated Booking Engine). Follow the steps below to edit and customize your confirmation template.
1. Accessing the Confirmation Template
To get started:

Go to Settings > Email templates > Confirmation template.
2. Editing the Template
On the Edit tab, you can enter your own text. This content will appear in the Useful Info section of the confirmation email.

No character limit – feel free to include all the details you think guests may find useful (e.g., check-in instructions, parking info, local tips).
3. Multi-Language Support
While translating the template is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to support multiple languages.
This helps make your property more accessible and welcoming to international guests.

The confirmation email will automatically be sent in the same language the reservation was made in.
4. Previewing Your Template
Once you've made your changes, go to the Preview section to see how the final confirmation email will look.
5. Adding a Custom Logo
To further personalise the email:

Use the Use different logo section to upload a unique logo specifically for the confirmation template.
Important Note
This confirmation email is only sent to guests who book directly through your IBE.
