Connection to Ctrip (Trip.com)

China is a large market and Ctrip is a channel that is focusing mostly on this market, so it might attract and bring in a lot of guests, once your property is listed on their platform.

To connect your SabeeApp account to the channel, please fill in the required fields in your Sabee account at Distribution / Channel manager / List of all channels / Ctrip --> Connect to channel.

Once the table is filled, our team will proceed to initialize connection from our side.

Now, please ask your Ctrip market manager to set SabeeApp as your channel manager partner for all of the accounts you would like to connect.

It is important to note that if you would like to add more rate plans not just one to this channel, please add it first in your Ctrip extranet and after contact us, so we can activate the rate plan as well.

Once your Ctrip market manager announces that they have confirmed the connection, please let us know and we will finalise the connection. You will be informed when the connection is complete and live :)
