Connection to Feratel
When you want to connect to Feratel channel, in your Sabee account you need to go to Distribution / Channel manager / List of all channels / Feratel and click connect to channel.
To initialise the channel, you must request the connection activation from your DESKLINE provider. Please make sure that they select channel manager provider WuBook (7€ extra fee / month).
Once your DESKLINE provider confirms the connection and provides you your hotel code, please send the Hotel Code to your SabeeApp account manager
After connection is established
When connection with Feratel will be set live, following information will be synced between Sabee and channel:
- Availability
- Prices
- Min Night Restrictions
- Max Night Restrictions
- Rate plan open/close
- CTA/CTD
- New reservations, made in Feratel, will arrive to your SabeeApp calendar.
Credit card data will not be included when receiving reservations from Feratel to SabeeApp.
