Connection to HotelBeds

When you want to connect to HotelBeds channel, in your Sabee account you need to go to Distribution / Channel manager / List of all channels / HotelBeds and click connect to channel.

Fill in the required fields. If you don't know room type ID that you have in the channel, simply add "-" symbol. Please make sure to use the same room type names in both of the systems, so they are completely matching. Once you filled in the information, our team will begin the connection process.

In the Hotelbeds admin page (extranet / MaxiRoom) select "SabeeApp" for the Channel manager partner.

Make sure that you don't have FIT contract with HotelBeds, because this contract does not allow channel manager to make changes. In order to be able to connect with channel manager, make sure you have any other contract applied besides FIT.

After connection is established

Once connection with HotelBeds is established, our team will let you know about it.
From the moment when synchronisation is live, following information will be synced:

  • Availability
  • Prices
  • Min Stay Restrictions
  • New reservations, made in HotelBeds, will arrive to your SabeeApp calendar.

Credit card data will not be included when receiving reservations from HotelBeds to SabeeApp.
