Connection to Odigeo / eDreams
If you would like to connect to Odigeo channel, in your Sabee account you need to go to Distribution / Channel manager / List of all channels / Odigeo connect and click connect to channel button:
You will need to fill in the required fields. If you don't know your room type ID that you have in this channel, leave it empty or fill in with "-" symbol.
Once you submit your connection request, our team will continue with the connection process.
After the connection is established
When connection with Odigeo will be set live, the following information will be synced between Sabee and channel:
- Availability
- Prices
- Min Night Restrictions
- Rate plan open/close
- CTA/CTD
- New reservations, made in Odigeo, will arrive to your SabeeApp calendar.
Credit card data will also come through with the reservation, but it is very important to know that the cancellations made in Odigeo will not automatically be recorded in SabeeApp, you have to apply them manually.
