Connection to r_keeper

r_keeper is a professional computer-based POS system for hospitality establishments and a great tool for total control of the guest area, order management, storage, accounting and processing of employee hours.

If you would like to connect your SabeeApp account with r_keeper, first you have to initiate the connection in Settings / Marketplace. 

Here click on the Initiate connection button under the r_keeper item.

In case you don’t have an account yet, a link will take you to the website of r_keeper where you can create your new account. If you already have r_keeper account, tick the "I already have r_keeper" checkbox (1.) and click on Initiate connection button (2.)

All your rooms and services will be listed here and you can decide which roomtypes and which services you would like to synch to r_keeper by ticking the check boxes next to the roomtype / service names.

Once you selected all roomtypes and services you would like to connect, click on the Save button on the bottom of the page.

A popup message will inform you about the successful connection: “You have successfully connected your SabeeApp account to r_keeper!".

You will also be able to disconnect r_keeper by clicking the “Disconnect from r_keeper” button.

Important note: If you add services / roomtypes to your SabeeApp account that you wish to synch with r_keeper after you initiated the connection, make sure you are enabling those services and/or roomtypes in your SabeeApp settings, since the r_keeper account synchronisation will not refresh automatically.
