Greet guests to your IBE based on their IP address
With SabeeApp booking engine you can scan location of the guest based on their IP address. This gives you two extra features:
- Language of the IBE will be switched based on the guest's IP address. So if guest from Spain is entering to your IBE, it would automatically be displayed in Spanish version. In order for this feature to work, you need to have Spanish language enabled for you Booking Engine at the Languages tab. In order to provide proper information for your guests make sure to have descriptions of rooms and property policies translated to those extra languages. If there is no translation in the system or if the guest is coming from country that we have no IBE version, they will see empty descriptions.
- Currency of displayed prices will be based on that country's where guest's IP is coming from. So if guest from Mexico is checking your IBE, he will see prices in MXN. Of course guest any time will be able to switch to other currency if needed, but the initial currency would be based on the IP location.
These features are enabled by default in your account. If you would like to disable them, please make sure to get in touch with our Customer Support team.
