The Customer Portal is a web-based platform where you can complete online check-in, receive reservation updates, make payments, and book additional services, all without downloading any apps. It can be accessed via any device and browser, offering a convenient alternative to mobile apps.
How to Check-In via the Customer Portal
1. Open the Email from the Property
Check your inbox for an email from the property where you are staying. This email contains your invitation code and a link to the Customer Portal. Click on the link to open the portal and begin your check-in process.
2. Log in to the Customer Portal
Once the portal opens, log in using the one-time invitation code provided in the email. Later, you can log in by entering your email address, and a new code will be sent to you for access.
3. Start Your Check-In
After logging in, locate the “Check-in” button on the main Customer Portal page and click on it to proceed.
4. Enter Guest Information
On the check-in page, you will have to fill in your information by pressing on your guest card. You also have the option to fill in the information for your travel companions or invite them to complete the check-in themselves by clicking on "Invite companion to check-in."
If you press “Invite companion to check-in”, select the guest(s) you would like to invite to check-in and enter in their contact information, so they can receive the invitation.
5. Scan Your ID for Faster Check-In
Select your guest card and enter all the details required.
To speed up the process, scan your ID to fill in your check-in card quickly. You can use your camera to scan your ID or upload a picture from your files. After the scan, you can edit the details manually, if there are any mistakes or discrepancies.
If everything looks correct, press “Save”. After entering your details, you can also manually fill in your companions’ guest cards as well.
6. Complete All Guest Cards
After all guest cards are filled out, you will see a green check mark next to them. If you have decided to not scan your ID, you will see “Missing ID scan”. If the property does not require ID scans, you will be able to proceed with choosing your arrival time.
To choose your arrival/departure time, press on the “Additional information” window to pick your preferred times. You can also add a comment about a request for your stay.
7. Accept Terms & Conditions
Before finalising check-in, tick the box to accept the property’s terms and conditions.
8. Finish Check-In
If everything looks good, press “Finish Check-In” to complete the process.
