GuestAdvisor is your personal hotel companion app for a seamless stay. Use it to check in online, upload your ID, get reservation updates, book services, and even unlock your room—all from your smartphone. With secure payment options, you can handle charges easily, making your stay smooth and convenient.
Step-by-Step Guide to Check-In with GuestAdvisor
Step 1: Open the Invitation Email
- Open the email from the hotel.
- Locate your unique invitation code and the link to download the GuestAdvisor app.
Step 2: Download & Install GuestAdvisor
- Once you open the GuestAdvisor app, log in with the one-time invitation code you were provided via email.
- Later, you can log in to GuestAdvisor by entering your email address, followed by the code sent to you via email.
Step 3: Start Your Check-In
- On the main page, tap “Check-in”.
Step 4: Fill in Guest Information and Invite Your Travel Companions (if applicable)
- Tap on your guest card to enter your personal details.
- If you have travel companions, you can:
- Enter their details manually, or
- Tap “Invite companion to check-in” to send them an invitation.
- Select the guest(s) you want to invite.
- Enter their contact details and send the invitation.
Step 5: Provide Your ID Details (if required by the hotel)
- Scan your ID to autofill your guest card (if required by the hotel or to speed up the process)
- Review the details and make corrections if needed.
- Tap “Save” to confirm.
- If you choose not to scan your ID, you may need to manually enter the required details.
Step 6: Finalise Guest Information
- If everything looks correct, press “Save”. After entering your details, you can also manually fill in your companions’ guest cards as well.
- After all guest cards are filled out, you will see a ✅ green check mark next to them. If you have decided to not scan your ID, you will see “Missing ID scan”. If the property does not require ID scans, you will be able to proceed with choosing your arrival time.
- To choose your arrival/departure time, press on the “Additional information” window to pick your preferred times. You can also add a comment about a request for your stay.
Step 7: Accept Terms & Conditions
- Before finishing your check-in, tick the box to accept the hotel's terms and conditions.
Step 8: Complete Your Check-In
- If everything is correct, tap “Finish Check-In”.
- You are now successfully checked in! 🎉
Step 9: Invite Others to the Reservation (optional)
- To invite your travel companions to the reservation, tap “Invite Others” and select the guests you’d like to grant access to the booking. You can invite them either by sending an invitation email or by allowing them to scan the reservation’s QR code.
