Guest Report

Report Objective

This report serves as a key tool for daily staff meetings or standups, providing all necessary details about in-house guests and upcoming arrivals.

Data Source & Scope

  • The report is based on reservation details and does not include payments or invoices.
  • Included reservation statuses: Confirmed, Canceled, Option, No-show.
  • Included room types: Room, Conference Room, Garage, Technical Room.

By default, all reservation and room statuses are selected. To refine the results, adjust the filters accordingly.


Filtering Options

1. Arrival Status & Date Picker

  • First, select the guest arrival status you want to list.
  • Then, define the time frame using the date picker.

Arrival Status Filter Options (default: all active):

✅ In-House / Onboard – Guests already checked in (green in the calendar).

✅ Arrival – Guests scheduled to check in (blue in the calendar).

✅ Checked Out – Guests who have departed on the selected date (orange in the calendar).

Date Picker Options:

  • Predefined date ranges available.
  • Custom date range selection (max 31 days).
  • Default setting: Next 7 days from today.

2. Search Field

You can search by:

  • Group ID
  • Reservation Code
  • Guest Name
  • Email Address
  • Other personal guest details

3. Additional Filters

  • Online Check-in completed -  (only visible if the Smart Solutions module is active) – Lists reservations where guests have completed online check-in.
  • Partner – Filter reservations by assigned partner (default: all partners selected).
  • Rate Plan – Filter reservations by rate plan, categorized into:
    • Rate Plans managed by SabeeApp
    • Rate Plans not managed by SabeeApp
    • Deleted Rate Plans(Default: all categories selected.)
  • Travelling for – Filter by Business or Leisure travellers.

Important Table Information

  • The table contains guest data only, meaning:
    • If the booker is not an arriving guest, their information will not be displayed.
    • If a reservation includes two guests, and one is the booker:
      • The Guest Type column will show:
        • "Booker" for the booker
        • "Guest" for the other person
    • If a reservation includes two guests and one booker (who is not arriving):
      • Both guests will be listed as "Guest"
      • The booker’s details will not be displayed.
  • "Originally Booked Room Type" will only display information for bookings made via connected sales channels (OTAs). Otherwise, it remains empty.
  • Sorting is available for every column.
  • Columns can be reordered using the drag-and-drop method.
  • Custom fields appear as individual columns and can be hidden via the settings button in the top right corner.

Report Export & Print Options

  • The report can be printed and exported to an Excel file.
  • When exporting, please note:
    • "Reservation Comment" and "Guest Comment" fields are limited to 1,000 characters.

Report Overview

The report includes three widgets for a quick summary of guest numbers:

👤 Adults

👶 Children

🍼 Infants

If no results match the selected filters, the table remains visible but displays:
