Guest Reviews
Reviews are really important we all know that. With SabeeApp you are able to handle your reviews coming from GuestAdvisor or Airbnb. You can do it from PMS / Guest Reviews submenu.
Here you will find all your reviews submitted by your guests in the past based on your search criteria. You can use the search bar to look for a reservation by guest name or filter by date. After changing the filters or searching please don't forget to hit the Generate button to generate the list with the matching reviews. You can also use the Reset filters link to set the filters back to the delete the filters and start a new search.
Under the filters, you will find all your reviews which match your criteria.
1. Guest name - this is the name of the guests who submitted the review. We will display here all of the guest names on the reservation belonging to this review
2. Source - this is where the review was submitted. This can be Airbnb or Guest Advisor.
3. Guest review - Here you can see the status of the review. Depending on the source of the review the statuses can be different. For GuestAdvisor it is going to be either Not yet or Guest rated you x points. On Airbnb guest reviews are a bit different, please learn more about this topic here.
4. Your review - Here you can see the status of your review. Please be aware that in case of Guest Advisor reviews you cannot leave any review so the status will be always empty.
5. Room number / name - This is the name or number of the room/unit where your guest was accommodated.
6. Check-out date - This is the check-out date of the reservation. In some cases it is going to be important when leaving a review.
If you click on any of the reservations, the detailed reservation page will open up for you with the reviews tab where you can check the guest's submitted review or you can start to provide your review (if possible).
