With the release of the new version of GuestAdvisor, the following features will be available for the users.
Guest invitation during check-in
GuestAdvisor have received a new button to the check-in screen: Invite companion to check-in.
By clicking on this GuestAdvisor will give the option to the booker to decide if they would like to check-in all guests or they would like to invite their companions for the reservation and give them the options to fill their details and do the ID scan.
GuestAdvisor will provide the option to invite already known guests or any other guest. For this the user will have to share the name and email address of the invited person.
The 3 details are immediately loaded to the reservation and will appear both in GA and in SabeeApp PMS.
It is still possible to resend or cancel the invitation when the user goes back to the invitation screen and taps on one of the invited guests so they can anytime renew an invitation or delete it without you or your staff would be required to help.
In case of group reservations, the booker will be able to invite guests per reservation. Invited guests will only see their own "member" reservation and not the whole group.
There are some important rules or limitations for the invitation and the check-in:
- Only the booker can submit a check-in by tapping the finish check-in button! (There is one exception for group reservations, if there is only one person in the reservation.)
- Booker is informed in a push notification once a guest profile is filled and when all the guest profiles are filled.
- After completing the check-in, the invited guests will receive full access to the reservation
- It is possible to invite as many people as many guest cards are available for check-in. So one invited guest can fill multiple guest profiles and scan multiple IDs.
- Group reservations have to be checked-in per member reservation.
Sharing information after check-in with guests
Under GuestAdvisor Tools / Menu and content it is now possible to add information which will be available only after the online check-in has been completed by the guests.
It is possible to use some variables which will be filled the relevant information about your property. If you use multi address functionality the variables will take the information from the room types where you use different address details and room type comment.
The information will be available in the GuestAdvisor Mobile and GuestAdvisor Web versions as well as tiles in the menu and the guests will be informed about this also in the Successful check-in email.
