Guide on filling out the booking import sheet

Need to import existing reservations into your SabeeApp calendar? Simply fill in the details into our template sheet and we will import them all at once!

Before connecting to OTA partners we need to make sure that all future, confirmed reservations are uploaded in your booking calendar so room availability is synchronised correctly.

From Booking.com and Airbnb channels we can automatically import all confirmed, future reservations during the connection process so these can be excluded from the sheet. When filling in the import sheet please keep in mind the instructions below.

In the booking number column the channel id (external) should be inserted.

 The date format should be month, day and year (MM/DD/YY). 

In the rooms column enter the name of the room type created in your SabeeApp account. We can only import reservations into room types and not specific rooms. 

In the partner ID column enter the name of the OTA channel where the reservation was created. Please make sure that these OTA partners are already created in your SabeeApp account under the Settings/Partners menu. 

Please note that according to the selected tax model city tax will be added on top of the price indicated in the import sheet.

The import only needs to be done once since after channel manager connections new reservations will automatically arrive into the booking calendar. For imported reservations with the channel id indicated cancellation or modification will also be synchronised. We recommend importing future reservations as the first phase in order to proceed with the channel manager connections. As a second phase we can assist you with importing past reservations as historical data.
