How to cancel Hostelworld reservations from SabeeApp?

Hostelworld provides the possibility for channel manager partners to cancel the reservations directly from the PMS. You can easily identify from the detailed reservation's page whether the reservation is from Hostelworld or not.

You can cancel Hostelworld reservations just like in case of any other reservations. The only difference will be that you have to provide the cancellation reason and that the reservation will be cancelled in Hostelworld's extranet as well.

In case of a group reservation from Hostelworld, the reservation will not be cancelled in Hostelworld's extranet until you are setting all reservations statuses which are belonging to the group to cancelled in SabeeApp.
