🎯 Aim of the Report

The Internet Booking Report provides a clear overview of how well your online booking engine (IBE) is performing by tracking traffic, conversions, and reservation trends. It offers monthly and yearly overviews, helping you assess booking performance and conversion rates.

📄 Content & Data Considerations

The report is based on bookings made through the booking engine and includes the following statuses:

• ✅ Confirmed
• ⏳ Option (Can be excluded via checkbox)
• ❌ Cancelled
• 🚫 No-show

📌 Deleted reservations are still included because they were successfully completed before removal.

📆 Filtering Options

• 📅 Date Picker:
  • Defaults to January of the current year
  • The earliest selectable date is when your SabeeApp account was created
  • The latest selectable date is the current year - current month
• 🚫 Exclude Option Status Checkbox:
  • Enabling this removes option bookings from the report

📊 Key Metrics & Table Details

• 🌍 Referrer Column: Shows the source from which the user accessed the IBE
  • 🔹 sabeeapp → sabeeapp.com website
  • 🔹 direct → Direct URL of the booking engine
  • 🔹 google → Found via Google search
• 👀 Number of Visits: Total sessions on the IBE within the selected period
• ✅ Success Confirmed: Number of converted guests (completed bookings)
• 📉 Conversion Rate: Ratio of visitors to successful bookings
• 💰 Realised Booking Value:
  • Total **revenue from successful reservations (**calculated using the "Folio" table instead of the "Reservations" table.)
  • Based on accommodation & coupon folio items
  • Excludes: City tax and additional services
  • 📌 Example: If a booking was made for €128, the report will show €128, even if additional services (e.g., restaurant charges) are later added
  • Cancellation/no-show fees for canceled and no-show reservations
