Instant feedback

With our Instant feedback function it is possible to send out an automatic feedback form to your guests. The form includes 4 questions which will appear as a popup form in the GuestAdvisor after 30 minutes the reservations is marked as Onboard in your PMS.

Let's see how you can activate it, how it looks like and see the results of the feedback:

How to enable Instant Feedback?

After opening your SabeeApp account, click on the GuestAdvisor menu and go to the Settings. Here you will find the slider to Enable the instant feedback functionality.

How Instant Feedback will appear in the GuestAdvisor application?

It is very important to know that Instant Feedback is only working if your guests completed the online check-in via the GuestAdvisor mobile application. It is also a requirement that you have to onboard your guests in the PMS.

After the guest was onboarded, SabeeApp will automatically send out the form which will appear as a notification in the application. If the guest has enabled notification services, the app will display the notification on their device, even if the app is not open.

If the guest opens the app, the notification will look like this:

If the guest clicks on it, then they can fill out the form. It contains 3 multiple choice questions and one free text questions. You cannot modify the questions or their order currently. The questions are the following:

1. How was your check-in experience?

2. How did you like our staff so far?

3. How clean was your room?

4. Anything else you would like to share with us:

How it will look like if the guest has completed the feedback?

In the detailed reservation page you will see an extra item in the right side toolbar. This indicates that the feedback was submitted.

If you click on it, the Instant Feedback tool will open up and will show you the rating and comment of the guest.

For the 3 multiple choise questions we displayed 4 emojis for each question (sad, neutral, somewhat happy, very happy). The emojis are converted to points in the following way: (sad = 1, neutral = 2, somewhat happy = 3, very happy = 4) and these are multiplied by 2,5. So the maximum rating you can receive for a category is 10, the minimum is 2,5. You can see these points under the Guest review. The total point is going to be the average of the 3 different points down below.

You can also see here the feedback comment. If your guest shared anything for question 4, then it will appear here.

We display more information about the guest's onboarding time and your staff members who took care of your guest.

We also have a report for the reviews where you can find a summary about your Instant Feedback performance. You can click on the link to open it or you can also reach them from the Reports / Review menu. You can learn more about these here. If there were any feedbacks in the last 7 days, you will also see a quick report on the left side of the Dashboard.
