Key box information in GuestAdvisor

This is how your guests will be able to see/receive the codes in the GusteAdvisor app or via email

Via Mobile App:

Guests can check the code and keybox info if:

  • It's their arrival day.
  • They're within the defined earliest check-in time policy. (Or you mark them as early arrival in the detailed reservation page's reservation details section)
  • They've been onboarded by the accommodation staff.

If the Auto-onboard feature is activated in the GuestAdvisor Tools / Settings menu, then the onboard status is not a requirement. They will be onboarded once they click on the blue Room access button in the application.

If they click on the "How to access your room?" button then they can read all the information shared by you under the Keybox information field.

Via Email:

Guests receive an email with the Key code and relevant information if:

  • They complete online check-in via the customer portal or are marked as checked-in by the staff.
  • The email is scheduled for them. This can be up to 5 days before arrival.

The email content is the following but you can edit this anytime:

"Dear /%firstname%/ /%lastname%/,

In the following we are sending you the code to enter your apartment.
