Language settings

We understand that in many cases it is important to provide multilingual content for your guests so we've built SabeeApp's Languages menu under the Settings / General settings. In this menu you will be able to decide what are the languages used in the software and what languages you would like to use our different features such as invoicing, email templates or the Internet Booking Engine. 

System languages

In the system languages section it is possible to configure the languages which you would like to use in the future for the different functionalities. Also it will set to which language it is possible to translate content for example email templates, descriptions, policies, etc.

English will appear in the list by defult as we are using it in our systems as default. But you can add further languages to the list. Just make sure to click on the dropdown selector and add all the languages you need one by one (1.). After that, please don't forget to hit Save (2.) so we can apply the changes.

Language settings

Right after saving your changes under the SabeeApp system languages part, all the extra languages will appear in the list of the Language settings as well. In this example English, Hungarian and Spanish were selected as system language, so these appear here as well:

Please make sure to select all the languages for your Internet booking engine and primary and secondary invoice language as well.

There are some important rules to keep in mind when you configure your languages:  

• It is possible to select ONLY one primary and one secondary invoice language.
• Primary language selection is compulsory, without that you cannot proceed.
• Secondary invoicing language selection is optional.
• If a feature is not available in a system language, you won't be able to tick its box to activate it.
• GuestAdvisor language settings can be edited under the GuestAdvisor Tools / Settings / Languages tab.
