      Mirai Booking Engine

      Mirai partners with the hotel to maximise direct sales, offering services in Web Design, Booking Engine, Digital Marketing, Metasearch Connectivity, and Distribution Strategy Consulting.

      SabeeApp offers integration with Mirai’s Internet Booking Engine for a monthly fee based on your room count. 

      🔗 How to Connect Mirai with SabeeApp

      If you’re ready to connect your Mirai account to SabeeApp, follow this step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth setup.

      🛠️ Step-by-Step Connection Guide

      1. Log into your SabeeApp account.

      2. Go to Settings → Marketplace.

      3. Locate the Mirai item and click Initiate Connection.

      4. Check the box: “I already have a Mirai account.”

      5. Turn the channel ON.

      6. Select the relevant Partner and click on Save:
        • If not listed, click Add new.
        • When adding a new partner, choose Own Sales - IBE as the partner type.

          Select the relevant Partner and click on Save:

      7. Pay the integration fee:

        • This fee is calculated based on your next SabeeApp PMS billing date.
        • It will be charged to the card on file and repeated monthly with your subscription.

      8. Click Add new HotelID.

      9. In the pop-up modal:

        • Enter the XML connection credentials - not your Mirai login. Individual XML credentials can be obtained from your Mirai account manager
        • The username format should be: sabeeapp-xml-123456789 (replace the number with your actual HotelID).

      10. If credentials are correct:

        • The modal will close.
        • Connected Accounts and the Mapping Table will auto-refresh.

      ⚠️ Troubleshooting Common Errors

      You may see error messages if:

      • The username or password is incorrect.
      • The Hotel ID is already linked to another SabeeApp account.

      💱 Currency Check

      Make sure the currency in SabeeApp matches the currency in Mirai.

      • If not, update it using the currency dropdown in SabeeApp.

      🧩 Mapping Room Types and Rates

      After payment and Hotel ID setup:

      1. The Mapping Table will open.

      2. In the table, select:

        • SabeeApp Room type

        • SabeeApp Occupancy - Price for this occupancy will be sent to Mirai

        • SabeeApp Rate plan

          (Follow this order for correct mapping.)

        3. After making changes, click the green Sync button, which will display a red exclamation mark (❗) the first time.

      If you manage multiple Mirai accounts, use the search bar or sort by Hotel ID to find specific rooms/rates.

      🏨 Connecting Multiple Mirai Accounts to One SabeeApp Account

      You can connect several Mirai accounts to one SabeeApp account.

      Important Notes:

      • This works only if all Mirai accounts share the same room types configured in the SabeeApp account.
      • You cannot map room types across multiple SabeeApp accounts.
      • A single Mirai account cannot be connected to more than one SabeeApp account.

      🔁 Updating Information After Setup

      If you add new room types, rate plans, or promotions in Mirai:

      Return to the mapping table, update the mappings as needed, and then click the Sync button at the end of the row.

      🔄 What Data is Synchronised?

      SabeeApp sends the following to Mirai for all connected rate plans and room types:

      • Availability
      • Price for connected occupancies
      • Minimum night stay
      • CTA (Closed to Arrival) / CTD (Closed to Departure)
      • Rate plan open/close restrictions

      When a reservation is made, you will receive:

      • Full booker information
      • Complete credit card details
