If you are managing 2 or more SabeeApp accounts, we are giving you the possibility to create a Booking Engine where you can advertise your all your properties together.
Activation
To activate your multi-property booking engine, please open the Distribution / Internet Booking Engine / Basic setup menu. Scroll down to the Other settings part where you will find the Enable Multi Property IBE setting. Please make sure to activate this box and then log in to your other accounts and activate the same box here as well.
The multi-property IBE will be activated only if you activate the box for at least two of your accounts. If you have 3 accounts and you only activate it for 2, we will show the one where the Enable Multi Property IBE box is ticked.
How to access the Multi-property IBE?
After the successful activation we will create the multi-property IBE. Currently it is possible to access it from the Distribution / Internet Booking Engine / Link only part, where you can find the links for it.
You will also find an HTML code for the check availability widget under Distribution / Internet Booking Engine / Check availability.
The widget will inherit the design of the individual IBE's check availability widget, that you have configured in the same menu. Based on the advertised accounts on the multi-property IBE, you can choose from different looks for the widget.
How the Multi-property IBE will look like?
The Multi-property IBE currently does not have a menu where you could customise its look.
Your properties will be shown as listings using several settings in your different SabeeApp accounts.
1. We will use the Banner picture uploaded in the Distribution / Internet Booking Engine / Basic setup menu.
2. For the displayed name we are using the property name from the Settings / Property details.
3. The price we display is going to be the cheapest available price from the rate plans which are available for the IBE of the actual property. The prices are for the total of the selected nights and people not / person / night.
4. Property description: You can set this under the Settings / Property policies / Other policies menu.
5. By clicking on the Show available rooms button, your guest will be able to proceed to the accommodations individual booking engine and proceed to book like in case of the individual IBE.
6. Up to 3 properties can be added to a row in a Multi-property IBE. If you are adding more than 3 properties, we will list them in a new row.
The terms and conditions section is not shown for the Multi-property IBE as your policies might differ for each accommodation. Instead we are showing a section where we help your guest how to proceed with their reservation.
