NTAK connection guide

With the following guide, we aim to provide assistance to those who have not yet connected their property management software to the NTAK system.

First, you need to register your property on the NTAK accommodation registration platform and enter the identifiers you receive there into the SabeeApp Settings / NTAK Settings menu:

You will need two identifiers:

NTAK ID (identification number): This ID is required for the PMS software to connect to the NTAK system. It is 8 characters long, consisting of both letters and numbers.

NTAK Registration Number: This number was introduced by NTAK on October 20, 2020, and is used to identify the property in SabeeApp’s online booking engine. It is 10 characters long, starting with 2 letters followed by 8 numbers.
Once you’ve entered the data, click the Save button.

Next, let’s go over the further steps in the process:

Download the Unified (Authentication/Signing) Certificate from your SabeeApp account: As of May 8, 2023, you only need to download one unified certificate, which is valid for 4 years.

During data submission, the PMS applications used by the accommodations electronically sign the data they send. The unified certificate contains the authentication certificate, which helps identify the sender, and the signing certificate, which ensures the encryption of the sent message.

To issue the certificate, your property must have NTAK registration.

Step 1.1: Click the Generate CSR button as shown in the image.

Download the document from the highlighted area, which you will need to upload to the NTAK platform

.

1.2 Creating the Certificate Request (CSR):
Accommodations must receive the certificate request necessary for the issuance of the certificate from their PMS software provider. This is available in the SabeeApp NTAK Settings menu.

Once the certificate request is created, you need to download it and upload the file to the NTAK Portal’s accommodation registration platform in the appropriate field. You can access this in the NTAK platform under the Service Locations menu by clicking the Request Certificate button.

1.3 Downloading the Certificate and Checking the Status:
You will receive a notification once the certificate is ready. You can check the status anytime on the NTAK site. After downloading the certificate from the NTAK system, you will need to go back to the SabeeApp NTAK Settings menu and insert the certificate in the appropriate field. The connection will then be successfully established.

Insert the document downloaded from the NTAK platform here:

IMPORTANT:
If the synchronization with your NTAK account was unsuccessful, we recommend checking once more that you have entered all the information correctly. A common issue is that the CSR file uploaded in the gray field is incorrect, not functioning properly, or was generated with wrong data. To simplify the process, please click the Delete Files button, which will allow you to start the process over from scratch.

Let’s summarize the steps once more:

Download the certificate request from your SabeeApp account.
Upload the certificate request to the NTAK system.
NTAK will issue one certified certificate.
Insert the certified certificate into the SabeeApp NTAK menu.

Once the process is completed, you will only need to select which units created in the Settings / My Rooms menu are associated with which NTAK account. This step must be performed even if you have registered only one NTAK account.
