NUKI Guest Guide (NGG)

In order to be able to access your room you will need to download the GuestAdvisor application (Android, iOS). Make sure that you have done the online checkin before hand. The online checkin can be done on the app or with the help of the Customer portal link, that will not affect the entry process.

On the day of your arrival, (after you have done the online check in) your host will enable the NUKI lock of your door for access.

The Location button on the dashboard of the application will then turn into the Room access option:

Once you hit the Room access button you will need to verify your identity before moving on. You'll only need to complete this process once, before the first initial unlocking.

Hit the green Send pin code tab and you will shortly receive an e-mail containing a 4 digit PIN number, that you need to enter to confirm your identity:

Once that is done you will see the following switch panel:

Swipe to the right to open the door and you're in!:) If you would like to lock the door please don't forget to swipe to the left. It's also important to mention that opening the door will only be possible if you stand within 100 meters of the lock while swiping to unlock.
