Online Check-in

Online check-in is SabeeApp's next step towards a frictionless and complete paperless onboarding experience. We do believe it's a win-win solution for our partners and their guests as well.

Online checkin is possible via

  • GuestAdvisor smartphone app
  • GuestAdvisor FrontOffice app
  • Web Guest Portal

Online check-in can be enabled at the Online Check-in Setup page.

Follow these steps to access:

  • Click GuestAdvisor Tools → Online Check-in Setup

Setup options

Enable/Disable:
With this toggle you can enable or disable online check-in. If online check-in is disable your guests still can use your GuestAdvisor apps without the check-in functionality.

Online check-in availability:
With this selection you can control how many days before the arrival the online check-in becomes available to your guests via GuestAdvisor or Web check-in.
Important: Check-in via FrontOffice app only possible on the arrival day.

Check-in fields:
In this setting you can control what kind of information you want to request from your guest.
First guest: if this is ticked the field is shown for the first guest (Booker)
All guest: if this is ticked the field is show for all guest
Required: if this is ticked the field is required for all guest

Restrictions:

  • Online check-in for group reservation is only available if the booker is the same for all reservations
  • The guest has to check-in all booked guest of the reservation. Partial check-in can be activated.
  • Please define all your policies (cancellation and payment, group, pet, check-in/check-out)
