PMS / NTAK menu description

If you have successfully connected to NTAK, a new menu option will appear under the PMS menu, where you can track the submission of data.

Important Information: NTAK Daily Closure Data Reporting

1. Daily Data Submission Timing

  • SabeeApp sends a daily closure data submission request to the NTAK system every day at 12:00 PM.
  • NTAK assigns a submission time slot, which may range from 10 minutes to 2–3 hours later.
  • Data is submitted at the assigned time, which is determined by NTAK, not SabeeApp.

2. Error Notifications:

    • If there is an error in the daily closure submission, it will appear in the Status column.

3. Event Submission Errors:

    • A new table has been added to the PMS > NTAK page.
    • This table displays errors related to event submissions (e.g., new reservations, modifications) only if issues occur.

4. Explanation of Table Labels:

Not submitted yet - The daily closing has not yet been submitted for the current day
No information - Past data, we have no information about it
No missing data - For the given day, there is no missing NTAK data
Incompletely submitted (X, Y) - Not all bookings were submitted on that day due to missing NTAK data. "X" represents the number of all bookings and "Y" represents how many of these were submitted
Submitted - The day has been successfully submitted to NTAK
Submission in progress - The daily closing for that day is currently being submitted
Successful - The day has been successfully submitted to NTAK
Failed - An error occurred while submitting the given day, so the data could not be delivered to NTAK (technical error on the NTAK page, NTAK server not responding, etc.)
Replace Data Button - Edit specific daily bookings that are missing NTAK data

 

5: Error Notifications and Handling Missing Data

  • Daily Closure Submission Errors:

    • Errors in the daily closure submission are displayed in the Status column of the Daily Closures table.
    • If the Status shows "Data missing" at 12:00 PM, it means that incomplete data will be sent to NTAK.
  • Resolving Missing Data:

    • The Daily Closures table shows the assigned submission time and its current status.
    • To correct missing data, navigate to the Missing Data section, click the "Data missing" button, and provide the required information for successful submission.
  • Handling Incorrect Daily Closures with Zero Guests:

    • In some cases, NTAK may record a daily closure showing 0 (zero) guests staying at the property, even when there were guests.
    • In such cases, if the daily closure is visible in the PMS -> NTAK menu, it is recommended to check the guest data in the reservations: whether the data has been provided and when. (It is possible that the guest data was provided after the departure date.)
    • If the guest data was submitted after the daily closure was successfully sent, it is not possible to resend the daily closure.

 

If we detect a setting in your SabeeApp account that prevents data submission to NTAK, we will notify you via a text message:

If you see this notification, go to the "Rooms missing data" or "Services missing data" table and provide the required information to enable data submission to NTAK. Until you do this, SabeeApp cannot send the data to NTAK.
