PosCloud / Bulut Adisyon is a cloud-based POS software solution for small and medium sized partners.
If you would like to connect your SabeeApp account with Bulut Adisyon, first you have to initiate the connection in Settings / Marketplace.
Here click on the PosCloud / Bulut Adisyon icon.
In case you don’t have an account yet, a link will take you to the website of Bulut Adisyon where you can create your new account. If you already have Bulut Adisyon account, tick the I already have PosCloud / Bulut Adisyon checkbox and click on Initiate connection button.
All your rooms and services will be listed here and you can decide which roomtypes and which services you would like to synch to Bulut Adisyon by ticking the check boxes next to the roomtype/service names.
Make sure you don’t have any services added in Bulut Adisyon but in SabeeApp. Otherwise it will be duplicated in Sabee and your reports will not show correct data.
1.) Enable room types: the reservations that are in the selected room types will be listed in PosCloud SABEE payment option. It means that if you do not enable a certain room type and there are reservations on it, you cannot close the restaurant/bar sales of those guests with Sabee payment.
2.) Enable services: the selected services (attached to the correct service categories) will be imported to PosCloud menu.When you are ready, press the SAVE button on the bottom of the page.
Once you selected all roomtypes and services you would like to connect, click on the SAVE button on the bottom of the page.
A popup message will inform you about the successful connection: “You have successfully connected your SabeeApp account to Bulut Adisyon!"
The next step is to log in to your PosCloud account.
Navigate to the Settings / Partners / SabeeApp menu and press the SET SERVICES button.
You are ready! : ) All the selected services are transferred to PosCloud now.
We will automatically charge your registered card with the 54 EUR proportionally calculated to the SabeeApp subscription next payment date. The next automatic SabeeApp payment will include the full PosCloud subscription fee as well.
IMPORTANT information: If you add new services / roomtypes to your SabeeApp account that you wish to synch with PosCloud after you initiated the connection, make sure you are enabling those services and/or roomtypes in your SabeeApp settings, since the Bulut Adisyon account synchronisation will not refresh automatically.
You will also be able to disconnect PosCloud by clicking the “Disconnect from PosCloud” button.
