Price warning in the yellow box
This yellow box is basically a warning message, which we designed in order not to forget to set up your prices for the mentioned periods in that window.
System requires to have prices set for 1,5 year ahead. It is necessary because of the synchronisation as most of the OTAs are selling your place for this time period ahead.
If you can't see yellow warning message, it means that your prices are set correctly and in front enough.
With the help of this box you don't have to check all the time the periods where you don't have prices uploaded, this is our task!
As a summary, please find some tips:
Tip1: Set your property's prices for at least 1,5 year ahead, as this is the time interval what we can synchronise with the connected OTAs as well. We will let you know in time if there is any period where the prices are not set.
Tip2: If you don't have prices yet for the upcoming periods, I suggest you to set a higher price than the average and as you get closer to that period and have exact ideas/plans about pricing, you can easily set another price.
