Report guest misconduct to Booking.com

In case you received a reservation from Booking.com and the guest do wrong about your house rules while the stay, you have the option to report the guest misconduct to Booking.com and they will investigate the issue.

To report a guest go to the reservation page's Reservation details section and press the edit button. Here you will find the "Report Guest misconduct to Booking.com" button.

 

This button appears after the day of arrival and remains there until the 7th day of departure!

 

After this, you will have to define the details of the misconduct and decide whether you are allowing the guest to rebook in your property.

In every case, Booking.com will investigate the issue and they will get in touch with you of the results.
