Scanning ID-s with ARH scanners
After successfully completing the connection process for ARH ID scanner(s) you can now start to use them to scan the ID cards and passports of your guests and send the data to your SabeeApp account.
1. Click on the AutoFill plugin in your internet browser. You will find it in the top right corner.
2. Open the application by clicking on the Start application button
3. After the application opens up, you will see which is the currently connected device to your computer. Place the document into the scanner and it will read the document automatically.
4. After the ID is scanned successfully, the ARH software will upload the details to the web browser plugin.
5. Open the guest profile for the relevant guest by clicking on the Action button ( --- ) and choose the Edit guest option.
6. After you have the guest card open, click on the send button in the plugin to paste the guest data to the card.
7. The AutoFill plugin will paste the information to the guest card. Please review all data if everything was correctly read by the ARH device. You can still modify the field.
8. If you are a Hungary based accommodation provider and you need to transfer all the information to the VIZA system, please click on the Save and prepare for VIZA button
