Services

Services section on the reservation page collects all the add-ons of the booking.
Here, you are able to add more items to the reservation or adjust the existing ones.
Once you move the cursor below the Services title, a button " Add services " will appear. After clicking on it, you will see the Service categories listed:


After you pick a category, the service items which are assigned in Settings / Services menu will appear in that category.

You can also see the scheduling of the services from this table. If there are any services what are included in the rate plan, those will automatically appear here in this section. Also, other details can be seen here as well, like when was the service added to this particular reservation, price type, quantity etc.

If you would like to modify an already added service, you have to click on its' line and the edit table will pop up for you where you can change the details.




The last column of the table is the Action, where you can delete all those services where the checkboxes are selected.



If you would like to add a new service to the reservation, you can do it by simply clicking on the 'add services' button. The process of the application of the service can be three kinds. This depends on your settings what you set in the Settings / Service list menu.

Let's check the three possibilities how to apply a new service to a reservation!

1. Per person / Fixed / Daily or Per room / Fixed / Daily


In this case, as many lines are appearing by the Date (schedule) as the length of stay is. The fields, by the quantity section is filled automatically by the system as the number of guests are. In this scenario, the quantity can be changed only if the number of guests are changing.

2. Quantity based



As many lines are appearing by the Date (schedule) as the length of stay is but SabeeApp sets the default quantity numbers to 0. In this case, you have to add the quantity of the service for the selected days. If you are not setting quantity for a date, that date will not appear in the Services table, once you have applied the service.

3. Per person / Fixed / Once OR Per room / Fixed / Once



By these settings, the days of the reservation will be shown as boxes, where you can decide a day for when you would like to apply the service. The quantity is set by SabeeApp depending on the number of persons or number of rooms.

Important: When you're issuing invoice about the services, you can change only the quantity on the invoice, the amount not.
