Traveloka limitations

After we successfully connected your SabeeApp account with your Traveloka portal, please be informed that there are some limitations in connection to the particular channel as listed below:

1. Traveloka only allows the channel manager to connect to one rate plan, which is called the Retail rate plan. Traveloka lists other rate plans as well. However, those are linked to the Retail rate plan and they cannot be individually updated through the channel manager. 

2. There is only one Retail rate plan on Traveloka to which the channel manager can connect.

3. We can synchronise two occupancies which are connected to the RETAIL rate plan: a “Single occupancy” and a “Retail rate occupancy”.

The single rate occupancy is fixed, and consists of the prices which are linked to the 1 person occupancy. 

The Retail rate occupancy is one of your choice, (and we’ll see how the others are calculated on Traveloka).

The single rate occupancy should be less than or equal to the retail rate occupancy’s value.  

You can set a minimum price for the retail rate plan (This is called Rate Protection in Traveloka). If the channel manager tries to synchronise a price that is less than the minimum, Traveloka will not accept it.

4. We can send prices for maximum two years ahead.


5. No credit card detail will come through as Traveloka handles the payment directly.

- CTA/CTD 
- Open/Close rate plans 
- Minimum nights restriction
