Unmapped external services table
If you have connected any of the possible POS providers from our marketplace you might have encountered the problem if you have not matched your SabeeApp services somehow with the services of the POS software then in the reports the items appeared as custom services. With the unmapped external services table we are giving you the option to pair these.
Unmapped external services table
Unmapped external services table can be found in the very bottom of the Dashboard. In this table it is possible to connect POS services which are considered as unmapped due to SabeeApp cannot recognise which one is the equivalent in our system.
This table will only appear on the Dashboard if there is any unmapped service in SabeeApp which were coming from a POS system. If you cannot see this table that will mean you do not have unmapped services or you have already mapped them all.
If you click on any of the services, you can check for which reservations you have the service assigned. We are indicating this with a number next to the service name.
How to connect services?
If you would like to map the external service to a SabeeApp service they should click on the Please choose option and then select a SabeeApp service from the dropdown.
This will show all your SabeeApp services which can be selected by clicking on any of them. You can also use the search bar to find the relevant service if you have many.
By clicking on the service you will need to confirm your selection in a popup. Hit OK to finish the services' connection.
If you cannot find the service then it is possible to quickly find a way to create one. Search for the service and if we cannot find any services according to your criteria then we will show No service found, create one. You will be redirected to the Settings / Services / Services list menu where you can create one and then later connect it on the Dashboard.
IMPORTANT:
- Once an external service has been mapped with a SabeeApp service, it will not appear in the table.
- Once an external service has been mapped to a SabeeApp service, it cannot be unmapped. Please open a ticket from our support center so our team can help you with this problem.
