Yearly Performance Report

📌 General Information

The report is designed to help in making financial decisions based on the property’s key performance indicators.

  • The data in the report is based on Folio items, without considering payments or invoices registered for specific reservations.
  • Room type statuses included in the report:
    • 🏨 Room
    • 🏢 Conference Room
    • 🚗 Garage
    • 🔧 Technical

📌 Note: This report differs from the Daily Performance Report in some aspects. For detailed metric calculations, refer to the Daily Performance Report help guide.


📅 Datepicker & Reservation Filtering

When selecting a year, an additional filter allows you to choose which reservations should be considered in the report. There are three options:

🌙 Nightly

The report includes all nights booked for the given month.

Example:

  • Check-in date: 31st March
  • Check-out date: 3rd April
    • The first night (31st March) is counted in March.
    • The second & third nights (1st & 2nd April) are counted in April.

🏁 Check-in

Only reservations with an arrival date in the selected month are considered.

Example:

  • Check-in date: 31st March
  • Check-out date: 3rd April
    • The entire reservation is counted in March.

🚪 Check-out

Only reservations with a departure date in the selected month are considered.

Example:

  • Check-in date: 31st March
  • Check-out date: 3rd April
    • The entire reservation is counted in April.

📊 Revenue Graph

  • Displays monthly revenue data for the selected year.
  • Includes:
    • 🏨 Accommodation Revenue
    • 🛎 Services Revenue
    • 🎟️ Coupons: are deducted in the graph
  • Relevant filters are applied automatically.

📅 Table Overview

The table columns represent the months of the selected year, with two additional columns:

  • 📈 Total This Year – Summarizes each metric for the selected year based on current data.
  • 🔄 YTD (Year-to-Date) – Tracks the current progress of the property.

📏 Key Metric Difference from the Daily Performance Report

The only difference between the Daily and Yearly Performance Reports is:

📐 Average Length of Stay (ALOS)

Calculated as:

📌 ALOS = Confirmed & Option Room Nights ÷ Confirmed & Option Reservations

Example:

  • Period: 1st June 2024 - 30th June 2024
  • Confirmed & Option Room Nights: 9
  • Confirmed & Option Reservations: 5
  • ALOS Calculation: 9 ÷ 5 = 1.8
