Supported products & features
Automatically enable mobile access for Dormakaba Ambiance enabled doors, including private rooms and common areas of the hotel, for guests via the GuestAdvisor mobile application. Encode new key cards upon check-in directly from the SabeeApp PMS with access to private rooms and common areas. Check the number of active key cards in use by in house guests and the activity log per key card.
Connection steps
1. Ensure that the Dormakaba locks are installed with Bluetooth and Mobile Access modules enabled
2. Ensure that router and server setting are correct
3. Log into your SabeeApp account
4. Ensure that Smart Solutions (GuestAdvisor mobile app) is activated
5. Navigate over to Marketplace menu
6. Initiate connection with Dormakaba
7. Link key card encoders and door locks with guest rooms
8. Activate Mobile Access for GuestAdvisor
