Wellness resorts, hotels with waterparks or fitness clubs can provide wristbands for their guests enabling them to access rooms and common areas, use lockers, make on-site payments for F&B services and settle their account upon check-out at a self service kiosk. Specific to ski resorts, Gantner offers a ski storage solution with electronic individual and family lockers for eliminating for eliminating the challenges of key handling.

Supported features

Hotel staff can program new Gantner wristbands using the SabeeApp Front Office Manager mobile application and can manage active wristbands in the SabeeApp PMS. Automatically send restaurant consumption related services from Gantner POS to the guest folio in SabeeApp PMS.

Connection steps

1. Log into your SabeeApp account
2. Ensure that Smart Solutions (GuestAdvisor mobile application) is activated
3. Navigate over to Marketplace menu
4. Initiate connection with Gantner
5. Enable room types and services to synchronise
