Introduction
R_keeper is a F&B management system that ensure complete control for restaurants, cafes and bars over their daily operation including cash accounting, kitchen, food delivery, business analytics, stock and staff management. Using the latest industry hardware (e.g. touch screen cash registers, handheld terminals, smart cameras, waiter call systems, self-service kiosks) allows you to speed up table reservations, order taking and billing, optimises kitchen workload and make accounting and inventory control fully transparent.
The two basic modules r_keeper Manager and r_keeper Cash Desk automate most common operations like taking orders, receiving payments, applying modifiers or splitting bills. These allow employees to focus on providing a high level of service for your guests.
With r_k Waiter app, waiters can accept orders and payments right at the table using their smartphone. The Kitchen Display System (KDS) automatically informs cooks about new orders and shortens the cooking time. When the dish is ready, the waiter receives a notification, thus reducing the serving time. Store House module automates the production management process and helps to effectively control costs and warehouse, organise procurement and monitor staff action.
