Introduction
The National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) is Hungary's tax authority, responsible for the collection and supervision of taxes, contributions, and customs duties, as well as for combating tax evasion and smuggling.
From January 4th, 2021, it is obligatory to disclose data to NAV on all invoices, modification and invalidation invoices to which the invoicing rules of the Act on VAT apply.
